Refund & Returns Policy

At 710.co.za, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you received a damaged or defective product, or it does not function as intended, this policy explains your rights and how returns and refunds are handled.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:

  • The product arrived damaged or is defective.
  • The product has not been used beyond inspection for the reported issue.
  • The product is returned in its original condition, packaging, and with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide clear photos and/or videos showing the issue.
  3. Await instructions from our support team on how and where to return the item.

Returns that are not authorised in advance may not be accepted.


3. Inspection & Refund Options

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm the reported issue. If approved, you will be offered one of the following:

  • A full refund to your original method of payment.
  • A replacement product at no extra cost.
  • Store credit for use on future purchases.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Products that show signs of use beyond inspection for the defect.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care after delivery.

5. Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying the cost of returning the item to us unless we have agreed to cover return shipping in writing for a defective product. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Damaged & Faulty Products

If your product was damaged in transit or is faulty, we may ask you to return the product to us for inspection. If the defect is confirmed:

  • We will replace the item at no cost to you.
  • Or issue a full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs, at our discretion.

7. Time Limits

Refund requests and return claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
